I saw this on the internet and decided to try it. If you have some bananas that are getting over ripe. Slice them and put them in the freezer on a plate. (I used two bananas)

After having two homes for a number of years, one in Texas the other in Colorado, we have simplified our lives. Coming to you from only Texas now, but not really. We are world travelers…so stay with me.
This sounds tasty and I will try it. One of my SC bloggers gave me a recipe that I'be been using that I like a great deal. Freeze two-three very ripe bananas (peeled of course) when ready to make your breakfast smoothie, put in blender and add 2-3 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon. Very simple and very good!
