Anna and Werner were great guests...and the weather did cooperate. Sunny and 65 degrees.
We packed a picnic and ate at a high mountain lake. Yes, that is snow on the mtn tops.( It fell last night)...and that's a beaver was taking a swim..
We went up and down a mountain lane looking for a moose. No luck, but we did find beautiful Fall color!
After having two homes for a number of years, one in Texas the other in Colorado, we have simplified our lives. Coming to you from only Texas now, but not really. We are world travelers…so stay with me.

The scenery is glorious, and it's great to have guests that enjoy the same things as you do. A picnic in that environment sounds terrific! Re. the Moose: "If You Give a Moose a Muffin" or even a Cookie, you're bound to find one!! :>)
