We have four historic churches here in little Lake City, CO.; all being completed before the turn of the twentieth century....and all still in use. Interesting (to me) that the Catholic and Episcopal churches have yet to install indoor plumbing....Seems people don't hang around long after the services!

After having two homes for a number of years, one in Texas the other in Colorado, we have simplified our lives. Coming to you from only Texas now, but not really. We are world travelers…so stay with me.

oh my gosh, these are such quaint churches! so glad they are still in such great shape and being utilized, too.
ReplyDeleteThree of the four have spires but one does not...I think that small churches in villages and small cities are very simple in structure and look so inviting.
