I had to look that up too. Here's an entrepreneur that didn't need a lot of signage. He let the smell of smoking (barbecue) ribs draw you in. Set up on the frontage road of hwy 6 west of Houston, I had the feeling (from the smell of things) that long about lunch time, there would be a crowd!
He is vanished in smoke, he is doing his very best I think.
