Behind The Wall

On my morning walk, I come across a lot of tall fences. There are some rather large estates near here, and some are surrounded with high walls and security cameras .I guess you would say that their wealth has in a way made them prisoners behind their own walls.
....Although they do have the freedom of coming and going.
The climbing green plant softens the look a bit...although it still not very welcoming!

  5. Great fence wall and the ivy growing gives it character and charm. Ivy is a hardy vine. It does well here in Texas. Happy November!

  6. Hello!:) High walls are a common sight here in Portugal, they are built to detere burglars. This is a healthy looking vine, and a good place for birds to make their nests.

  8. I don't think I could live behind walls like that. However, I do like the ivy.

  10. Ummm, not very inviting. And I would be scared to death there was a snake in the ivy.

  11. A rather "don't come in" fence. They must be afraid for intruders (like you :)
