Guests Are Coming

We have friends coming through town from Houston. They won't be here long, just a quick over-night but we are very excited to see them.

 

We are going out to eat....but I baked dessert. Here is my Cinnamon Apple Crostata...to be eaten warmed topped with vanilla ice cream.

I found the recipe in one of my new cookbooks Easy as Pie by Pillsbury. Do you like to cook? I do but after stepping on the scales this morning...I need to cool it!
