Back In The Land of Good Tex-Mex

A friend took Tom and I to lunch yesterday at her favorite Mexican restaurant (Uncle Julio's), and we loved it.
I especially liked this turquoise bench at the entrance

and this large mural of a Mexican Village  that was painted on the side of the building.
It reminded me of a picture that I took in southern Arizona of the Santa Rita Mountains, near the village of Tubac, a couple of years ago ( almost at sunset).
The local saying there: "When the Ritas get's time to drink"

  1. All three are lovely shots! I envy you being able to get some good Tex-Mex food now! The locals near Tubac are very smart!!

  2. Looks like a neat place! The turquoise bench is beautiful. Makes me miss my favorite Mexican restaurant in Portland, OR!

  3. :) i like uncle julio's swirl margaritas. :)

  4. That last picture looks very well as the one before. I like that last quote!
