I can't take credit for this idea. I saw it I think on Facebook. Anyway, many of my recipes are in a loose leaf notebook. Hanging the recipe on skirt hanger gets it off the counter....and puts it at eye level.

You are magical, but I often use a book and have to lay that down on the coffee machine and than something heavy on it because the pages wil wipp up. Oh cooking, sometimes I like it sometimes I hate it.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I have recently been reading my recipes off my iPad, I love having a recipe book with all my notes and comments as I work through a particular recipe. I am preparing a party dish that calls for 1 pound of shrimp. I had written in the margins "3 lbs - why not!?"
