Let's Go For a Ride-Local #4


If you haven't figured it out by now, we go a lot. No sitting on the porch in a rocker for us.

It doesn't matter which direction you drive from here. It's all pretty. On this drive we headed south. This is the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River at the Cataract Trail head.

We crossed the road and headed up the  Black Wonder Gorge  Trail.

We didn't go far...I am still recovering from foot surgery

I love love Aspen Trees....Summer and Fall

Meet Alpine Ranger Tom (not my Tom). He is the guy you want to run into if you are in trouble in these hills.

I hope that you are enjoying the weekend. Our daughter #2 has arrived from Atlanta with her husband and four kids. Let the fun begin!
