Rain Coats

I saw this picture of these two little dogs, in rain coats, on the Internet and it jogged a memory.
I think you can see why. My sister and I had been shopping (in 1979), and came across these cute little raincoats. So, we bought them for my little Stacy, and my nephew Kyle.
