Hi there. I know, I have been absent lately…..Trying to get settled back in Texas….
We have been continuing our morning walks, although we have to go really early to beat the heat. I am wondering where Fall is? Seriously these ninety degree days are beginning to frustrate me!
We did walk past this pretty pot on someone’s walkway, and I snapped this somewhat lousy picture.
So, I hear imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…..right?
This is my attempt. My garden center didn’t have any English Ivey so I just bought a plant that trails over the edge. Don’t worry, the neighbor I copied is not nearby. We have been walking three miles every morning…Maybe the heat I’d affecting my font. It changes size randomly…it’s not me.
Imitation is the best form of flattery. I think yours looks much better.
ReplyDeleteHi Janie.. the font thing happens to me. I even asked my blog designer about it and she hasn't heard anyone mention it. Love your pot and your door hanging.
ReplyDeleteDearest Janey,
ReplyDeleteThat is a pot well planted and we all get at times ideas after seeing an example.
Glad with the Indian Summer temperatures!
Never minded warm or hot weather but instead I dread the cold and wet...
Glad I'm back home after my 1,305 mile trip for a funeral, with Pieter in the passenger seat as he for years does not do long distance driving.
Hugs,
Mariette
Oops, 1,305 km and 811 miles!
ReplyDeleteMy high today was plus 11 C. Tonight it will freeze. Do you want some of my weather?
ReplyDeleteFall is here, but the trees are slow to change this year.
