Snow may not be unusual where you live, but it is in Texas! Well maybe not in north Texas, but central and points south have not seen snow in seventeen years!
Our daughter’s backyard yesterday in Salado TX
about an hour north of Austin
Same backyard with our grandson and friends trying to bobsled in kayak.
Our granddaughter in Austin sledging on top of a pool float.
and last but not least ...my youngest granddaughter Maggie who was
confused by it all!
What a wonderful set of photos. They are taking advantage of a rare experience. I bet it didn't last long.
ReplyDeleteDearest Janey,
ReplyDeleteThat sure must be very rare indeed.
We have not had snow in a long time.
Hugs,
Mariette
What a great but surprising experience.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun Janey. Our grandchildren went back to Sydney a few days ago, miss them so much already.. it's way too quiet here now 😉 plus the weather has been exhaustingly hot, a run of 39, 40 and 41C.. not fun 😱
ReplyDeleteAt that age, Maggie would be.
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice surprise! We even haven't had snow yet!
ReplyDeleteHi Janey... We got a lot less snow than you did, which is just as well with me! Hope you have a great weekend!
