My sister Dotty's grandchild Olivia turned four years old this week . Olivia's favorite movie is the Little Mermaid, so Dotty's neighbor made her a mermaid cake. Decorating such a cake I guess is usually done with an icing called fondant, which is not always very tasty.... So, I was told this neighbor made all of the decorations, including the blue icing out of pressed chocolate.
