A Garden Stone

Years ago, one of my sisters (I have four), had a garden stone made for all of us.
We are pictured in bright colors (in age order). I am the middle sister portrayed  in yellow.

and here is a picture, taken  for our Mom (1997), wearing those same colors..

I have been  behind reading blogs. We are in a bit of a whirlwind getting ready for annual move to our house in the mountains. I do visit, just don't have time to comment on all. The weekend is almost here. Have a good one. Janey

  1. What a fun group! You all look lovely and yellow is definitely mellow! You are in a whirlwind? So am I! Despite many medical visits, vertigo is still hanging on! Our June trip to Ireland is now in jeopardy.

  2. I love your garden stone! Hope your move goes well. We spent last August in Dillion. It was a wonderful respite from the heat and humidity we have in SC. I know you'll enjoy your summer there. My youngest daughter and her husband live in Lonetree.....she loves Colorado and especially the mountains. Happy Summer!

  5. That is a very special garden stone! I also love the portrait you had made for your mother. Each a keepsake. Safe travels to CO. Be ready for some wet weather!

  6. what a cute idea! Thanks for sharing! Try to not worry about us blogging friends when you have so much on your plate. It happens to all of us occasionally. You should be joyful about getting to the mountain home! I would be!
