Ice Cream

I saw this on the internet and decided to try it. If you have some bananas that are getting over ripe. Slice them and put them in the freezer on a plate. (I used two bananas)

When frozen ..put them in your food processor or blender with three tablespoons of peanut butter (I used Jiffy/Creamy)No other ingredients.

Chop until blended

and you have: Banana/Peanut Butter Ice Cream!

  1. This sounds tasty and I will try it. One of my SC bloggers gave me a recipe that I'be been using that I like a great deal. Freeze two-three very ripe bananas (peeled of course) when ready to make your breakfast smoothie, put in blender and add 2-3 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon. Very simple and very good!
